The Heartland Telehealth Resource Center (HTRC) was established to support increased access to health care for rural and medically underserved communities through telehealth and telemedicine. HTRC was federally funded through August 2026 under grant number U1UTH42530 from the Office for the Advancement of Telehealth, Health Resources and Services Administration, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
